Owner and Founder
Sanjay Sharma
In June 2023 when Sanjay was getting ready to retire from the Navy after 20 years of combined Enlisted and Commissioned service, he wanted to do something in the Real Estate industry but was not clear exactly what. He also wanted to support his wife with her Mortgage Broker business and soon realized that there was more to the Real Estate industry than just becoming an Agent or a Loan Officer. During this research, he also discovered that there was no single platform that could guide transitioning military members into various career pathways in Real Estate. Thus the purpose of SaviSova Properties was defined.
Operations Manager
Vidhi Sharma
Vidhi is an ex-Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) case worker with 20 yrs of experience. At NMCRS, she became intimately familiar with Sailors’ financial hardships and resources available to overcome such challenges. She also worked at various banks moving up the ranks from a Teller, to Personal Banker to Assistant Bank Manager. Her combined experience from NMCRS and Banking world gives her a unique ability to work through anyone’s budget and make them capable of becoming homeowners. Understanding Sailors’ struggles to grow financially, and SaviSova’s unique mission, Vidhi graciously offers various guidance to prospective homeowners, Real Estate investors, Agents or Mortgage Brokers.
